Call for presentations – Hacking Lab 2022 space

The International Cybersecurity Forum (FIC) is hosting for the first time a presentation space called “Hacking Lab”. This space is dedicated to presentations and demonstrations of ethical hacking. These presentations aim to encourage research into vulnerabilities and ethical hacking.

These presentations of 30 minutes max. (in French or in English) must deal with the cyber security of software or hardware components. They may include the following methods and techniques:

  • Reverse engineering;
  • Vulnerability research;
  • Malware analysis;
  • Cryptographic attacks;
  • Physical attacks;
  • Techniques from “field” observation (blue team, operational…)…

The CIF organisation will evaluate each of the application proposals between 1 April 2022 and 30 April 2022.

The selection criteria will be as follows:

  • Innovative character of the presentation ;
  • Operational interest.

The results will be communicated to the candidates during May 2022.

Proposals that are not selected for presentation at FIC 2022 may be offered publication in the FIC community media, inCyber.
